Smart Green Aquaculture offers fresh, sustainably farmed Rainbow Trout. All products are:

• Farmed using advanced RAS (Recirculating Aquaculture Systems) technology
• Subject to strict quality control measures
• Delivered fresh with proper cold chain maintenance
• Traceable from farm to table

Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including availability, errors in product information, or suspected fraud.

Pricing: All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment: We accept payments through Razorpay. Payment must be received before order processing.

Delivery Areas: We currently deliver within hyderabad city limits. Call us for deliveries outside the city.

Delivery Times: We strive to deliver within the estimated timeframes, but delivery times are not guaranteed due to the perishable nature of our products.

Risk Transfer: Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to the specified address.

We guarantee the freshness and quality of our products at the time of delivery. However, proper storage and handling after delivery is the customer's responsibility.

Shelf Life: Fresh seafood should be consumed within 2-3 days of delivery when properly refrigerated.

Smart Green Aquaculture shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
